Strong leadership and organizational skills are now second nature to Timothy B. Besecker, after being forced to learn them earlier than most. Throughout his school career, Timothy maintained honor roll and took part in several internships at large corporations learning the procedures and policies that are involved in running a successful Fortune 500 organization. Working with people of all skill sets, ethnicities, and technical abilities, Timothy developed essential communication and team building skills.

After seven years of schooling, Timothy earned an Undergraduate degree with a focus in business management, and an MBA degree with concentrations in entrepreneurship and marketing from Rutgers University. Joining Messuti fresh off of his commencement ceremony with extensive business and technological knowledge, Timothy quickly found his niche developing and implementing processes and systems that play an integral role in Messuti.
